Avoid caffeine and alcohol in the afternoon and evening. Though alcohol can make you feel sleepy but drinking alcohol at any time before going to bed can cause you to lose sleep. It will also increase the common symptoms of fibromyalgia.
Regular exercise in the day can help to improve your night's sleep. However, exercise can keep you awake within 3 hours of sleep. This will all also help you to fight symptoms of fibromyalgia.
